Yes.
You can create unlimited skins for each page ( What is skins >>> ) and for mobile device too.
For EXP Template have special skins where have skin for publish an add and with images with his mobile.

Should a dealer who take pics with his mobile, can create an add including these pics with his mobile ?

Hi Momo971.

For EXP Template have special mobile skin for Add page and you can add vehicle (images) from mobile device.
And I no see problem with add images with default bootstrap skin.
