Hi- is this a SCAM?

I paid (via paypal) for the EXP Autos Pro &Templates and didn't receive a download link.

Is this a big company or individual business ? we get the impression its an established company?

Kindly send me the downloadlink - and advise the process forward, urgently
as I need to inform my bank risk team / Interpol

Please check your payment email (Spamm folder too).
